                             RESOLUTION NO.   20395 
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO ENTER
                  INTO A CONTRACT WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY
                  FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE
                  POLICE SERVICES CENTER UNDERGROUND STORAGE
                  TANK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED TEN THOUSAND
                  DOLLARS ($10,000.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into a
       contract with Piedmont Olsen Hensley for engineering services
       relative to the Police Services Center Underground Storage Tank 
at
       a cost not to exceed $10,000.00.
